Our No Nonsense – No Surprises Service Call Pricing

  • Standard Service Call: $150 minimum fee (includes the first 90 minutes of labor)

  • Standard Hourly Rate: $60/hour after the first 90 minutes, billed in 15-minute increments

  • Emergency Service Call: $300 minimum fee (includes the first 90 minutes of labor)

  • Emergency Hourly Rate: $120/hour after the first 90 minutes, billed in 15-minute increments

  • Materials: Billed as required
